Abstract

The digitalization era has brought significant changes in various sectors, including the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector.

This change forces MSMEs to adopt digital technology to remain competitive in an increasingly competitive market. This article aims to identify effective human resource (HR) development strategies for MSMEs in the era of digitalization.

Using qualitative methods through in-depth literature study, this research found that digital skills development is a key factor in MSME HR development strategies.
